Zero-Loc panels are insulated with expanded polystyrene (EPS), the insulation best suited for large interior storage coolers and freezers and warehousing.
Storage coolers and freezers are larger than walk-in coolers and freezers, and generally include rooms with floor space greater than 20' X 20' and wall to ceiling heights greater than 10'. These applications are ideally suited for the ice sculpting industry because the Zero-Loc sleeve-joint panel connection system allows complete insulation-to-insulation contact at the panel joints, adding to the overall efficiency of the Zero-Loc thermal envelope.
